Refund/Shipping Policy


Maria's Candle is a small team working together to diligently and efficiently fulfill orders received. Due to high demand, orders may take up to 1-14 business days to process and ship. Thank you for your patience. 

We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the postal service. Once the package is scanned by the post office Maria's Candle Co. has no control over how long the package will take to arrive. We are not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package. 

However, we always want to make sure you receive the order that you paid for so please contact me at if you ever have any concerns with the status of your order.


No exchanges



We do not currently offer returns. 

The reason behind not accepting returns is due to the nature of our handmade items. Items are made on a "made to order" basis.



Maria's Candle Co. is not responsible for small damages to items once they are shipped and delivered to you. (this includes small chips or cracks) Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is fully damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we may evaluate the issue and offer a solution. In some instances, we might not be able to replace or exchange an item. In these cases, we may process a partial or full refund for the damaged item. Please keep in mind that items are handmade and occasionally may have imperfections. 

Please get in touch with and let us know about your situation and the reason for your refund request. We will notify you once we’ve inspected your situation, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 1-3 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
